We draft statements of claim against financial entities, guarantors, and insurers, in order to recover money advances made by purchasers of housing during the process of housing promotion, in the event that the houses were not delivered in time or the real estate project failed.

We belong to Lawyer Group, a pioneer in the development of jurisprudence and case law regarding the Act 57/1968, that refers to the receipt of anticipated sums in the construction and sale of housing, dated July 27, 1968. This act states the responsibility of the promoter of the housing before the purchaser, stablishing his additional obligations of (i) taking out liability insurance or warrant, issued by a registered insurer, for the amount of the anticipated sums, and of (ii) opening a separated bank account for the deposit of those money advances.
